Is turkey good for babies?
Turkey is a lean, high-quality protein rich in tryptophan, which supports serotonin production and healthy sleep patterns — a welcome benefit for parents. Also provides zinc, selenium, phosphorus, and B vitamins. Its mild flavour makes it easy to blend with sweet vegetables like carrot and squash.
