How to prepare each ingredient for 9 to 11 months

Each line is the preparation guidance for that ingredient at your baby's age, taken from its own food guide.

Polenta
Smooth soft polenta — add extra liquid for a thinner consistency.
Parmesan
Grate over pasta, vegetables, and soft dishes. The strong flavour means a little goes a long way.
Chicken
Finely minced or shredded, mixed into purées.
Spinach
Finely chopped and mixed into other purées.
