Cod Fish
150g fillet, bones removed
Swede
200g, peeled and diced
Potato
1 medium, peeled and diced
Butter Milk
1 tsp

How to prepare each ingredient for 6 to 8 months

Cod
Steam or bake until cooked through — mash and check carefully for bones.
Swede
Peel, dice, and boil until very soft, then blend to a smooth purée — mix with carrot or potato.
Potato
Boil or steam until very soft, then mash with a little whole milk or breast milk to a smooth lump-free purée.
Butter
Melt a small amount into warm foods — no additional cooking required.
