Is tilapia good for babies?
Tilapia is a mild white fish — one of the most palatable fish for babies due to its neutral flavour. Good source of complete protein, vitamin B12, and phosphorus. Lower in omega-3s than salmon but a useful fish to rotate for variety. Its mild taste makes it easy to blend into first fish purées.
