Is millet good for babies?
Millet is a gluten-free ancient grain rich in magnesium, phosphorus, and B vitamins. Often overlooked, it has one of the highest protein contents of the gluten-free grains. Its mild, slightly sweet flavour makes it easy to introduce. Excellent alternative to oats for babies with gluten sensitivity.
