100g, crumbled
Brown Rice
150g cooked
Egg Eggs
1, beaten

Ginger
1 tsp, freshly grated
Garlic
1 clove, crushed

Tofu
Silken tofu mashed or blended — very smooth texture.
Brown Rice
Well-cooked soft grains mixed into purées.
Egg
Soft scrambled egg — no salt, no additional seasoning.
Peas
Mashed peas mixed with other purées.
Ginger
Add a small amount of fresh grated ginger to cooked dishes, stir-fries, and soups.
Garlic
Use in cooked dishes — soups, stews, and sautéed vegetables.
