Zest of half a lemon

Ricotta
Offer plain ricotta directly or blend into purées to add creaminess.
Egg
Scramble with a small amount of butter — no salt. Mash if needed.
Lemon
Add a few drops of fresh lemon juice to purées or porridge to brighten flavour. Start with very small amounts.
Oats
Cook in water or breast milk until very smooth.
