150g fillet, bones removed
Potato
2 medium, peeled
Peas choking risk
4 tbsp, cooked
Butter Milk
1 tsp

How to prepare each ingredient for 6 to 8 months

Haddock
Bake or steam thoroughly, check for all bones, then blend or mash with a little milk or cooking liquid to a smooth purée.
Potato
Boil or steam until very soft, then mash with a little whole milk or breast milk to a smooth lump-free purée.
Peas
Boil briefly, then blend with a little liquid to a smooth purée.
Butter
Melt a small amount into warm foods — no additional cooking required.
