Ingredients

Oats Gluten
4 tbsp (40g)
Banana
1 ripe, mashed
Peanut Butter Peanuts
1 tsp smooth

How to prepare each ingredient for 6 to 8 months

Oats
Cook in water or breast milk until very smooth.
Banana
Mash or blend to a smooth purée with no lumps.
Peanut Butter
Mix 1 tsp smooth peanut butter with 2–3 tsp water or breast milk until runny — never thick.
