150g full-fat
Blueberry choking risk
Handful, mashed
Lemon
Few drops of juice

How to prepare each ingredient for 6 to 8 months

Yogurt
Serve plain full-fat yogurt at room temperature.
Blueberry
Mash or blend raw blueberries into a smooth purée.
Lemon
Add a few drops of fresh lemon juice to purées or porridge to brighten flavour. Start with very small amounts.
