Ingredients

Oats Gluten
4 tbsp rolled oats
Carrot
1 medium, finely grated
Ginger
Tiny pinch, freshly grated

How to prepare each ingredient for 6 to 8 months

Oats
Cook in water or breast milk until very smooth.
Carrot
Steam until completely tender, then blend to a smooth purée.
Ginger
Use a tiny pinch of ground ginger or a small amount of freshly grated ginger in purées. Start with very small amounts.
