Dates
6, pitted and soaked
Banana
1 ripe, mashed
Oats Gluten
100g rolled oats

How to prepare each ingredient for 6 to 8 months

Dates
Soak in warm water, remove pit, then blend to a smooth paste. Mix into porridge or fruit purées.
Banana
Mash or blend to a smooth purée with no lumps.
Oats
Cook in water or breast milk until very smooth.
