Ingredients

Oats Gluten
4 tbsp rolled oats
Coconut milk
125ml full-fat
Dates
2, pitted and soaked

How to prepare each ingredient for 6 to 8 months

Oats
Cook in water or breast milk until very smooth.
Coconut
Use full-fat coconut milk or cream mixed into purées. Avoid desiccated coconut entirely.
Dates
Soak in warm water, remove pit, then blend to a smooth paste. Mix into porridge or fruit purées.
