Ingredients

Beef
100g lean mince
Sweet Potato
1 medium (200g), mashed
Peas
50g frozen, mashed

How to prepare each ingredient for 6 to 8 months

Beef
Cook mince thoroughly until no pink remains, then blend with broth to a smooth purée.
Sweet Potato
Steam and purée until very smooth — no lumps.
Peas
Boil briefly, then blend with a little liquid to a smooth purée.
